Chesson had an unfortunate encounter with a bedside table and is now the proud owner of 3 stitches in his right ear. Therefore receiving his first 'Badge of Honor'.
According to Corbin, boys think scars are cool, and they wear them like a Badge of Honor.

so sad. but i totally believe corbin in the badge of honor thing, will is very proud of a scar on his knee already. glad he's alright though.
It looks like he's wearing some patsy earring. Better get one across the face for a real badge.
